This is a programme rather than a product. The form is already tooled and proven in production, which removes the two things that kill most private-label launches — mould cost and first-run yield. What you are choosing is glaze, artwork, scale and packaging.
Hand-drawn artwork is matched to a supplied reference and returned as a physical sample before the run starts. We do not begin production on a digital approval, because a colour that reads correctly on a screen routinely fires two shades off.
Typical programme: reference supplied in week one, physical sample in week three, production released in week four, shipment in week nine.
