Reactive glazes are difficult to run at volume — the colour breaks differently over every rim, and most factories reject the variation as a defect. We spec it deliberately, then control the window: pieces are batch-matched before packing so a replacement plate ordered eighteen months later still belongs on the same table.
The rim is rolled rather than cut, which is the single biggest factor in how a plate survives commercial handling. It is also why this range is specified by cafés and boutique hotels as often as it is by retail.
Available as a 16-piece service for four, or as open stock by the piece for hospitality accounts that need to replace by unit rather than by set.
